- If the courier person doesn’t attempt the delivery at your address in 4 working days after your order has been confirmed and picked up for delivery, you are eligible for the refund.
- If the order is accepted by you after 4 working days, you will not be eligible for refund i.e. refund will be processed via Gpay/Phonepe or Paytm only if you don’t accept the order after the stipulated time period.
- This on-time guarantee is applicable only on orders placed in Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Faridabad and Gurugram only. Orders placed from outside Delhi-NCR are not eligible for on-time guarantee.
- On-time guarantee is applicable on orders where advance payment has been made for home delivery.
